Local Authorities
Local authorities can deliver cycle training in two main ways.
If your scheme is completely managed and delivered by the local authority then you need to follow the guidelines in the registration process below:

If you are a local authority that outsources all your training to an Independent Provider, you can still get registered as a Bikeability Scheme provided the Independent Provider you use is also registered. This is done through applying for registration using the Third Party Provider guide:
