Insurance
All large organisations such as local authorities will hold Public Indemnity Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance. All instructors and volunteers running courses on behalf of the organisation will be - having undertaken suitable training - covered by these Public Liability Insurance arrangements.
In order to counter any accusation of negligence, instructors must keep to the guidelines laid down for the course.
If you are an Independent Provider then you will need to detail your insurance company provider and level of cover.
An example of cover may be:
