The Bikeability Trust is seeking proposals from experienced IT service providers to deliver a robust, secure and fully remote IT support service.
This contract will play a vital role in supporting our remote-first workforce, ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations, strong cyber security, and the effective management of our cloud-based Microsoft 365 environment. The successful supplier will help us maintain secure, efficient systems that enable our team to focus on delivering high-quality Bikeability cycle training across England.
We welcome tenders from organisations with a proven track record in delivering remote-only IT support, strong cyber security management, and experience working with third sector or government-funded organisations.
