Take on the Challenge for your chance to win a Frog bike!

This Summer, Bikeability and Frog Bikes have teamed up once again to encourage free-wheeling family fun in the sun!

Bikeability doesn’t end at the school gates, so put your cycle skills to use and take on the Summer of Cycling Challenge. Simply hop on the saddle, camera phone at the ready, and complete as many cycling challenges as you can.

Share your Summer cycle shots with us for your chance to WIN a brand new Frog bike of your choice! (Up to the value of £590!)

How to enter

1) Download your challenge sheet for helpful links and to keep track of your progress
2) Complete each challenge by snapping a photo of you or a family member carrying out the challenge
3) Collect your photos (you’ll need to upload these all at once when you’re ready)
4) When you’re ready to submit, simply fill out the entry form to show us which challenges you’ve completed. NOTE: You can complete as many or as few challenges as you like. 1 challenge = 1 entry, so the more challenges completed = more chances to win!
5) Each challenge you complete will gain you one entry into the prize draw. There is a maximum of TWELVE entries per challenger up for grabs.

1 lucky winner will receive a Frog bike of their choice (Up to the value of £590), subject to availability. 3 runners-up will each receive a an exciting bundle of Bikeability goodies to support their cycling. Each prize bundle contains a sports bag, sports bottle, sticker sheet, and cycle bell.
